If you have been denied the purchase of a firearm by the NICS (National Instant Criminal Background System) and are not clear on what to do, you are not alone. We are experiencing a massive uptick in calls about what to do. Below is a handout from 2013 that we no longer can obtain that does a much better job of explaining what to do than the current
